Return Policy

CLOTHING

Clothing must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
Clothing must have all tags attached.
Any CLOTHING AND/OR FABRIC marked "CLEARANCE OR MYSTERY " cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

FABRIC

PRE ORDER FABRIC IS NON REFUNDABLE /  NON RETURNABLE

CLEARANCE OR MYSTERY YARDAGE IS NON RETURNABLE / NON REFUNDABLE

LOCAL PICKUP - $5 NON REFUNDABLE FOR ALL ORDERS WANTING TO PICK UP.  IF order is not picked up within our business days M-F 1pm-3pm we will ship order , neither the shipping or the local pickup fee will be refunded.


U.S. Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.foxandtots.com
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
